
Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 250g Basil Leaves
- 60g of edam cheese
- 120 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste

Shred the cheese using a kitchen shredder.
Peel the garlic cloves.
Pluck basil leaves and remove as much of the twigs and branches as possible.
Add all the ingredients in a mixer.
Pulse/mix until all ingredients are pureed. You may have to use a spatula to push the ingredients down onto the the blades a few times.
