Ingredients
- 2g Jeera
- 2g mustard
- 2g urad dal
- 2g Kadle Bele
- 2 red chillies
- 10 curry leaves
- 5g Coconut
- 5g Rasam Powder
- 10ml Tamarind Juice
- 250g Raw Bananas (Balekayi)
In a mixie, grind jeera, coconut and red chillies and set aside
Cut the balekai
Heat oil and add mustard, urad dal, kadle bele, red chillies, curry leaves and fry
Add balekai, salt, a bit of sugar, turmeric
Fry it well
Add tamarind juice
Add 1/4 glass of water just enough to cook it
Keep on low flame for about 5-10 mins.
Must be 3/4 cooked
Now add the coconut mix and saarina pudi and fry it for a bit
